Thank you for supporting my work and being part of this journey. Every photograph and postal I create is unique, personally selected and digitally signed to guarantee authenticity. Because of the nature of my products and services, please read carefully the following policy:

1. Subscriptions and One-Time Orders

• Subscriptions (A4 or 10×15 cm postals) are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Shipments are processed on the 10th of each month for all active subscriptions confirmed before the 28th of the previous month.
• If you select a one-time order, you will receive the following month’s delivery only.

2. Cancellations

• You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the Login section on my website or by writing to contact@mcernadas.com.
• Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

3. Right of Withdrawal

• Under EU and Swiss consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
• However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order, customized, or clearly personalized.
• Since each postal is individually selected, printed on demand, and digitally signed, these products fall under the exception.
• Therefore, you cannot withdraw from your purchase once the order has been confirmed.

4. Returns

• Because each postal is personalized and printed on demand, these products are exempt from the general right of return.
• For this reason, returns are not accepted.
• However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please see the next section.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receipt at contact@mcernadas.com, providing a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
• After verification, you may choose between:
  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund of your purchase.

6. Digital Signature and Authenticity

• All images are digitally signed by me, Matias Cernadas, as proof of authenticity and ownership.
• This ensures every piece you receive is original and created exclusively for this project.

7. Future Products

• For future fine art prints or unique image sales, specific return and refund terms may be updated and will appear in this policy accordingly.
