If you want, you can write back by email anytime.
Your words will find their way into my next letter to you.
When (and if) you decide to pause your subscription, I’ll send one last email to say goodbye and confirm the cancellation.

🌍 Where do you send from?

I send each letter from wherever I am in the world — sometimes the mountains, sometimes a bustling city — but always with care and intention.

📆 When do I get my first letter?

Letters are sent on the 10th of each month to everyone who subscribed by the 28th of the previous month. So, depending on when you sign up, your first letter will arrive the following month.

📬 Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. If you do, I’ll send you a final email to say goodbye and confirm your cancellation.

🎁 Can I gift this to someone else?

Absolutely! This is a perfect gift for anyone who loves real, heartfelt connections and stories from the road. Just let me know the name and address.

✍️ Do you really reply to emails personally?

Yes, I do. If you subscribe to the Collector’s Edition plan and write me, I’ll personally respond in your next letter. Only subscribers of this plan will receive, in their confirmation email, the address where they can write to me.

✈️ Is this service only for people who live in certain countries?

Nope. As long as I can send mail to your address, you can join this journey no matter where you are.

🔖 On what kind of paper are the postcards printed?

For the Postcard Friend plan, postcards are printed on Hahnemühle Baryta 325g — a museum-quality paper with a subtle gloss finish that gives depth and richness to every photograph.

For the Collector’s Edition plan, you’ll receive your postcard on Hahnemühle Bamboo Natural Line 290g — the world’s first fine art inkjet paper made from bamboo fibers, giving each image a warm, organic tone with a natural feel.
